We provide Joinery & Carpentry services to customers across the UK. We would collect personal information for any new customers who have enquired with us or requested a quotation. The reason we collect their personal information is so we can get in contact with them to supply our services for any projects they wish to use us for.

We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, meet our legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests.
Our retention periods are as follows:
Enquiries and quotations – We retain names, contact details, property addresses and correspondence relating to enquiries and quotations for up to 12 months after our last communication, unless you become a customer.
Customer project records – If you instruct us to carry out work, we retain your contact details, property address, project information, meeting notes, correspondence and any photographs relating to your project for up to 7 years after the project has been completed. This allows us to provide ongoing customer support, respond to queries, maintain project records and comply with our legal obligations.
Invoices and payment records – Financial records, including invoices and payment information, are retained for at least 6 years in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requirements.
Website data – Information collected through cookies and website analytics is retained in accordance with our Cookie Policy and the settings of the services we use, such as Google Analytics.
Compliments and complaints – Records relating to customer feedback, compliments or complaints may be retained for up to 7 years where necessary to resolve issues, improve our services or comply with legal obligations.
Once the relevant retention period has expired, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal information unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period.`
